1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bajee bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the online betting and gaming service accessible at bajee-bet.net. By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bajee bet platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

bajee bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-screen notice upon login. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bajee bet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and bajee bet.

Language: The authoritative version of these Terms is the English-language version published on this page. In the event of any discrepancy between translated summaries and this English text, this English version prevails.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To use any betting, casino, or gaming feature on bajee bet, you must first register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with any balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

Eligibility requirements — you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bajee bet or any responsible gaming body.
• Not be acting on behalf of another individual or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bajee bet complies with local laws.

bajee bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo ID (e.g., National Identity Card, passport) and proof of payment method — at any stage of the customer relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may prevent withdrawal of funds until verification is complete.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bajee bet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to secure your credentials. 3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bajee bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bajee bet currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card options (Visa, Mastercard) may be available to eligible accounts.

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your bajee bet account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but are typically near-instant for mobile money services.
• bajee bet does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• bajee bet reserves the right to request evidence that the depositing account belongs to you before releasing deposited funds for wagering.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits are communicated within the platform cashier and may vary by account tier.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. bajee bet may request that funds be returned to the original payment source as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts. Unverified accounts will experience delays until identity verification is completed satisfactorily.
• bajee bet reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that follow irregular betting patterns. Funds may be held pending the outcome of such reviews.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be removed from the withdrawal amount automatically.

4 Betting Rules & Void Markets

All bets placed on bajee bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out below.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until bajee bet issues a bet confirmation reference number. Network interruptions or latency issues that prevent confirmation mean the bet has not been accepted.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. If the odds displayed at the time of bet placement differ from the odds at the time of confirmation, the bet will be settled at the odds available at confirmation unless otherwise specified.
• Void bets: bajee bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of incorrect or corrupted odds, technical errors, or where market integrity has been compromised. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake value.
• Cricket markets: For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and all Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — if a match is abandoned before the required minimum overs are completed (as defined by the relevant governing body), all outstanding bets will be voided and stakes returned unless a result has been officially declared.
• Live / in-play betting: In-play bets are accepted at bajee bet's discretion. The platform may suspend in-play markets at any point. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. Exploiting delays between real-world events and platform feeds to gain an unfair advantage ("courtsiding") is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings: Winnings are credited to your bajee bet account balance following official settlement of the relevant event. bajee bet is not responsible for delays caused by late official results from governing bodies.
• Maximum payout: A maximum payout limit per event, per day, and per account may apply. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant market or communicated via support on request.

In the event of a dispute over bet settlement, you must contact bajee bet support within 72 hours of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. bajee bet's decision on settlement disputes is final following internal review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bajee bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slots, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are published on the promotion details page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless bajee bet explicitly permits otherwise for a specific promotion.
• One claim per household/device: Promotional offers are limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. bajee bet may decline bonus claims or withhold related winnings if it determines that promotional systems are being abused.
• Minimum deposit for bonuses: Most deposit-match bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500 or higher as stated in the relevant offer. Deposits made with certain e-wallet methods may not qualify for specific bonuses — refer to each promotion's individual terms.
• Right to modify or withdraw: bajee bet reserves the right to alter, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible. Players who have already opted in and begun wagering toward a bonus requirement will not be adversely affected mid-campaign unless fraud or rule-breach is identified.

6 Responsible Gaming Obligations

bajee bet is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. By using the platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and should be treated solely as a form of entertainment. bajee bet provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available through your account settings or via the support team.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your bajee bet account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Configure alerts or automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play to help manage time spent on the platform.
• Cool-off / time-out: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration). During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bajee bet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, bajee bet will take reasonable steps to prevent promotional communications from reaching you.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, initiate identity verification procedures, and — if the user is confirmed to be underage — permanently close the account and return any deposited funds net of any winnings generated.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bajee bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or unauthorised account access.
• Use of automated scripts, bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players or match-fixing activity in any form.
• Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, use of VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions, and coordination with other accounts to exploit promotional conditions.
• Engaging in behaviour that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward bajee bet staff or other users.

In the event of account closure by bajee bet for cause, any bonus balance, bonus-derived winnings, or funds under investigation will be withheld pending review. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method unless legal obligations or fraud investigations require otherwise.

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your bajee bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending withdrawals will be processed normally before account data is archived. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajee bet, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bajee bet platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond bajee bet's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government actions, or internet service provider outages).
• Losses arising from delays in the official settlement of sporting events or from errors in real-time data feeds provided by third-party data suppliers.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or your failure to log out of shared devices.
• Any tax liability you may incur in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings received from bajee bet. You are solely responsible for declaring and settling any applicable taxes on your gambling income under the laws of Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction in which you are liable.

bajee bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through bajee bet's internal dispute resolution process. bajee bet is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through its support channels.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
